Looking for new volunteers to strengthen our team.

The Phuket Immigration Volunteers (PIV) group is a dynamic volunteer group which is created to help short
and long term visitors and residence with all the immigration issues they may have.

Besides this work we also liaise between the immigration department and the consuls on Phuket whenever required.
The PIV is the only official Immigration Volunteer Group in Thailand and is recognized and supported by the Thailand Immigration Head Office in Bangkok.

Currently we have 6 members from 6 different countries and are looking to extend the group with new members specially who speak other languages then English or German.
All members of the PIV group work at the immigration office in Phuket town on average 2 days a week in close cooperation with the immigration officers.

PIV volunteers have to qualify to the following requirements:
Live in Phuket and has a 1 year visa or a 1 year extension. (local visa extension)
Speaks preferable another language besides English
Is available for at least 2 days a week on average.
